Repeat customers and patient referrals is how Eye Save Optical has grown into the successful company we are today, so we want to make sure that your experience with us exceeds your expectations. 

We accept appointments for eye exams during normal business hours and our forms for new patients, or current patients that need to update information are below.

For our Medicaid patients, we accept programs from LA Health Care Connection and United Health Care for eyeglasses only. Doctor's exams are either self-pay, or we accept non-MediCaid insurance from providers listed below.
